A friend bought me a double vodka coke, this was the only drink I had in revs and after about an hour, I'd lost full control of my speech and movement and a friend had to walk me home. I feel stupid because I know I put my drink down on a table at one point but it also shouldn't be my responsibility to not get spiked.

Just to make people aware I went out into clitheroe with my cousin on saturday… I ended up being blue lighted to hospital and spent a few hours there after having over 4 seizures and my heart rate being 189 and dropping to 35… the doctors said that i’d been spiked and we’ve since found this mark so it’s via injection! It’s scared me and shook me up as well as my cousin and sister seeing me like that. Thankfully i was ok and only have minor injuries but it could of been so much worse !

I was only slightly tipsy, very lucid. I stood at the bar alone for approx 10 minutes, and eventually ordered a double vodka soda lime. The bartender gave me the drink and I took it back to my table. After that I have no memories and was apparently not myself at all. I was violently sick and completely out of it.

unknown - was just injected without knowing and felt suddenly very tired and passed out on the bus and only realised when I saw the mark on my arm days later.

me and my friend were out alone and a group of a few boys were near us for most of the night but we didn’t think much of it at first. They sat near us when me and my friend went to sit down and call/message back some of our other friends. Once we had done that we stood up to go get a water and go out into the smoking area, so we drank both our drinks that we had left on our table (which we didn’t really pay too much attention to as they were so close to us). When we were at the bar getting water the group of boys also got up to go to the bar before following us out into the smokers a couple of minutes after we went out and kept trying to talk and get near us for about 10 mins despite us telling them to leave and my friend physically pushing them away. As we were going outside though my friend started feeling weird and this followed with me about 10 mins later feeling the same. We have some videos that we sent to friends and our voices are not normal in them and we were making no sense, nor do we remember sending anyone anything. I’m not sure about my friends but my legs felt numb and weird to the point where I couldn’t get up and we had to stay outside sat down for a while before we called a friend and he sorted an Uber out for us, but we don’t remember getting to the Uber, into it or at least half of the journey home. It was only the next day when we were talking to each other, checked our bank statements (to see how many drinks we had got to be in the states we were, which worked out at 3 each over the course of 2 hours) and reading the things we sent and watching the videos that we realised something was not right and figured out what could have happened.

Spiked via drink and went from sober to unaware in 10 mins max, sat outside with no help and was violently unwell on the way home out of nowhere costing me £60 in a taxi

I was on the dance floor everything was fine my friends said I was absolutely fine I remember the night in great detail up until I went to the toilet I don’t rember going to the toilet and my mind is blank from there my friend said we were having a coherent conversation in the toilet I was fine and then out of nowhere collapsed and started being sick. I remember being completely limp not being able to move. I could hear but couldn’t see or move. The medics at the club lifted me up and took me to the medical room and I was then taken to hospital . No matter how drink I’ve been I have never been unresponsive and have never felt like that. When I got to hospital I was anxious paranoid my feet wouldn’t stay still and I was grinding my teeth

it’s still a fresh and sensitive subject for me ……….but on Friday 4th February I went to see Notion at a Bass6ix event at Freedom Mills and I was spiked by injection. I went from being the sober one looking after my friends (because I had work the next day I didn’t want to go overboard) to becoming more intoxicated than them within a few seconds and very quickly. I only had a few tinnies of red stripe and suddenly started feeling extremely unwell, everything was spinning, I couldn’t control my movement and I was stumbling about falling all over the place, I kept going in and out of consciousness and passing out even though I could hear my mates telling me to snap out of it I couldn’t stop myself or control it, I was throwing up a lot throughout, I couldn’t see anything properly, there are blackout moments in my memory where I don’t remember a thing, I was slurring my words and overall just lost all control of myself and my actions but my head was still in the right place and I was so confused what was happening to me. I remember thinking to myself at the time “oh my god nilu I swear u didn’t drink that much”. I was slurring my words telling my mates I wanted an ambulance and that I thought I was going to die. My friends 💖 came back home with me and helped me. 💖 No one has ever seen me in that state before. I’ve never even been in that state before. It was so scary. It wasn’t until the next day when I woke up really confused, I considered if I had been spiked. I checked my body and noticed a scratch and two red dots (that started to bruise the day after) that I’ve never seen before on my thigh and it looked fairly new as it was still a bit red around it and inflamed. I ended up going to A&E for a blood test and a vaccine. Thankfully they told me everything will be fine and I should be safe but I just wanted to spread the word because I’ve heard so many stories like this and I never thought it would happen to me and trust me it is scarier than I thought it would be. It’s been a tough one unfortunately. P.S. I have contacted the venue and they will be looking through CCTV footage to see if anything suspicious is caught on camera. In the meantime pls pls pls be aware of this and never leave your mates on their own. I was so grateful I had mine 💖 I also have a black mark appear on my lip and I never had anything like that before. I did some research and it said certain medications like antipsychotics can cause dark spots on lips and obviously antipsychotics are also used for spiking. I’m no doctor but I know myself and everything that’s happened to me has been so unusual since the night of the event. The police were going to refuse me a drug test because I was at a rave and got spiked and they weren’t going to follow up the case, but after begging them they done one anyway and chose to help I’m not sure if they actually did ever get in contact with the cctv or not. I haven’t had an update on what’s happened but all I know is that they logged my information and csi took a photo of me and my leg and hopefully my info and description can help the next girl who gets spiked actually be able to prosecute. I contacted the venue and they told me the position I was stood gave a restricted view to cctv and it wouldn’t catch the act of needle spiking anyway cos it’s so sly especially in a crowd of jumping people in the dark with flashing lights and smoke detectors. I was also told due to me being 5”3 I was too small to be seen on CCTV. I don’t know what the point of cctv even is if it doesn’t catch anything when ur in a crowd. Descriptions were gave. No one was identified. No one was arrested. 2 suspects were given. There’s never enough evidence with cases like this.

after not having much to drink i got one round in viaduct and suddenly was apparently acting extremely drunk, i can’t remember getting back to york from leeds, luckily my friend got me home because who knows what would have happened to me without them. it is now 3 days later and i still feel awful. everything in my body hurts, i’m tired and shaky and have vomited many times.

I was dancing with my friends and the next minute I was found unconscious on the bathroom floor taken to the medic room and later the hospital

Was just having a couple of drinks and then there’s a clear moment when I don’t remember a thing until I wake up the next morning around 5am. There was no real warning other than thinking I felt a little more drunk than I should before I blacked out. I didn’t even know I’d been spiked till my mum told me the next day. I have no memory, I was talking gibberish and had exaggerated mood swings, I lost control of my legs and had to be carried to my front door where my mum then had to carry me to the sofa, my pupils were dilated and my eyes were flickering and I was extremely confused. Luckily the bar staff did eventually realise something wasn’t right and looked after us and contacted someone to get me and my friend home safe but I have no recollection of anything that happened between around 10:30pm - 6am when i woke up so I don’t know what happened during that time period at all other than what I’ve been told.

Friend (22/female) was spiked and a man tried to leave the club with her, him carrying her. Thankful the bouncer stepped in but could have been a lot worse.

I had a couple sips of my drink at this bar and not long after I collapsed on the floor, the staff and owner didn’t want anything to do with it, neither did they help at any point. I was taken to another bar across the road and they helped and phoned an ambulance, I eventually got taken to hospital where I was put on a drip. I don’t remember anything from the bar that night I was completely unconscious.

we covered the 2 drinks we had at the venue , unfortunately as my friend was ordering another someone spiked her with enough rophanol to cause an overdose after only drinking half, my other friend shared said drink and one ended up in an ambulance, the other waking up in hospital on an IV drip.

15 minutes after my friend drank her drink from Noho and while we were on our way to another bar, she lost the ability to hold herself up, she vomited multiple times, we ended up calling an ambulance and she was treated in A and E. She was clearly spiked as she had only had two drinks at this point in the night. Despite telling the paramedics and doctors that she had been spiked, the hospital neglected to take a blood sample from her.

My boyfriend was spiked. We managed to get him home but he was acting like he was having a stroke. I rang for an ambulance who were very unsympathetic asking why he would be targeted and who would 'waste money' on spiking him. I think they were targeting me as he drank one of my drinks when I'd had enough. They were no help and left me to care for him. He felt horrible for at least a week afterwards. We didn't report it to the police or the venue as we felt we wouldn't be taken seriously, thanks to the paramedics.

I was out drinking with a group of friends when we was approached by 2 men. After spending some time with them, they got us a booth and began to buy us drinks. after one or two of these drinks, I began to feel paralytic and don’t recall parts of the night. Because of the state I was in, I was then kicked out by the bouncers who did not give me time or an option to collect my personal belonging. I was then put in a taxi by my friend and sent home.

I was spiked in the tea bar Basingstoke, I had 3 drinks, and then I couldn't stand or function, I had to be carried out. Luckily, I was with family who took me straight home, I don't remember a thing from the whole night. I was violently sick for the next two days and couldn't get out of bed. The venue was notified, police were called, in addition the police had made 2 arrests the same evening.

The spiking was only discovered when we got home, my boyfriend had drank my drink and it had been spiked. He doesn’t do drugs so it was obvious when he was acting strange. The ambulance were called however they didn’t show up for another 4 hours by which time we were ok. I have contacted the venue but had no response, no bags were searched on entry at all as stated in their anti spiking policy
