I went to The Establishment for some drinks with my friend and after about an hour I don’t remember anything that happened. My friend said they took me to the taxi rank but I fell in the middle of road and couldn’t walk. My Dad came to pick me up and carried me into the car, apparently when I got home I didn’t know where I was or who my family were and was really aggressive. I went and informed bar staff the next day who said they’d investigate the incident but never got back to me.

I was on a night out with friends and family and was merry but had full awareness. I went into Establishment, into the back room where it has the long bar and disco. We were all stood around the bar area dancing and having a good time, myself and my cousin needed the bathroom so I left my drink at the bar. This was obviously a mistake on my part! Upon returning to the bar maybe 10-20 minutes later, I was reunited with my drink and continued to drink and dance and be merry. All of a sudden, not much later, it all became quite blurry. I cannot remember much after this point, but I do remember being towards the back of the room where the sofas were, I had a realisation moment where my face dropped and I knew something was wrong with me. I looked at my dad and then I dropped to the floor, from there I remember just faces around me, being scooped up by someone which was the bouncer and taken outside. I remember crawling around outside on the cobble street screaming and crying my eyes out. I don't recall any members of staff helping out Then the next thing I remember is being back at home at my mums being violently sick all night long. To this day I have never experienced anything like that before, or since.

I worked for an insurance company in Doncaster. I’m partial to a JD & coke, so that’s what I purchased. Baring in mind i was working the next day on an early shift - I limited myself to spending £20. The meal was free, so was easily achievable. We had the meal at the old NYC burger and grill & walked down Silver Street to a bar called Coco. I purchased a JD & coke, got through half of it and wasn’t feeling it, so walked everyone to the next spot. We got down the stairs and to the bar. I didn’t feel well, felt a feeling of dread and said I was going home. As I turned the whole room practically fell away and I managed to get myself sat down in a random booth. My head went down and I could no longer see, move. I was just continuously projectile vomiting. I still had my hearing, and thankfully a female who I worked with was clearly concerned. I got dragged up the stairs… Dumped outside the club propped up against a wall on the floor. The bouncers did nothing. Thankfully, the female that stayed with me called an ambulance. I don’t remember anything after this, and when the paramedics picked me up I was rushed to hospital. I had 8 seizures throughout the night (no previous history), my veins collapsed and I couldn’t have my stomach pumped. Apparently I was talking to myself, ‘Come on, get up. Get up you’re ok. Pull your sh*t together’. I was discharged the next day once I’d got through the worst of it. The hangover lasted for 4 days. I was discharged from hospital disoriented & had no money, a flat phone. No one helped in all honesty. I just roamed around until I could think clearly enough to get a taxi and pay on the other side.

My drink was spiked either by a member of the public in carrousel or by the bar staff at fever. I was drinking diet coke, I suddenly started sweating and shaking, I went dizzy and almost lost consciousness. I then started throwing up which seemed to help but I was affected for days afterwards.

Hey I didn’t know who to tell about this but I thought it might be good information, I went out Friday night but early Saturday morning I felt really unwell in heaven and went numb on one side of my body and threw up, at this point I fell into a seat that wasn’t mine and was unaware of what was going on, my friend was in the toilet so I was alone. A doorman or security for the club came over and began to drag me by the wrist out of the club and I was crying and saying somethings not right I think I’ve been spiked, help me. He continued to just drag me out of the club where I begged for his help, my friend eventually came out and saw what was happening and the security basically just left me outside, I went over to a police man who took my details but barely asked me any questions and gave me no help despite me pleading with everyone I was spiked. Because no one believed me I ended up being taken home pretty much unresponsive and throwing up the whole way, I then began to detoriate over the next coming days on Tuesday morning had to go to a&e with severe nausea, vomiting, fainting and severe stomach pain, they said it was a result of probably being spiked but because I hadn’t attended early they couldn’t decide if there was any drugs within my body still, they also asked why no security, police man or anyone else hadn’t suggested me to go to the hospital and be checked if I was adamant I’d been spiked. I know that all of the people I spoke to believed I was just a hysterical drunk girl but I know something was wrong that night and that wasn’t just me drunk.

Drugs slipped into my drink, drink wasn’t bought by anybody else and also never left my hand only other person to touch the drink was the bartender

A young man droped drugs into my drink when I wasn't looking - I was completely responsive but couldnt use any of my limbs.
